RE/MAX Australia has opened the new RE/MAX A1 office in Ipswich, in response to increasing demand throughout Queensland’s west.
Ajay Bakshi introduced the new office and believes the real estate opportunities in Ipswich, Springfield and the Ripley Valley will enable his business to flourish.
“We have a solid platform for growth in the residential, business, commercial and industrial sectors, and we will grow based on a culture of putting people first,” Mr Bakshi said.
“Our wish is to be number one in this market, so we have chosen the world’s number one real estate brand to help us with access to international marketing platforms and networks, supported business systems, extensive professional development and opportunities for extra income streams.”
Mr Bakshi is currently looking to build a large sales and property management team.
He said joining the global network will provide plenty of business growth opportunities and supported services for his team’s real estate customers.
The opening of the Ipswich office comes after RE/MAX revealed big expansion plans in February.
At the time, RE/MAX franchise director Joel Davoren said he expects his Australian offices to follow the US trend and employ 40 to 50 agents each.
“We have big plans for 2016, and whilst our growth across a number of states has been fantastic, we are putting just as much emphasis on helping our current franchisees grow their businesses,” Mr Davoren said.
“Our new training program Momentum is designed to help our business owners plan and recruit better than ever, and we are already seeing some outstanding results from the participants.”
