Network agents now benefit from an updated layout as the group’s EDM reporting system provides information on users, their movements, clicks and which properties they are viewing.
The user interface will also be closely monitored, providing valuable information about home buyers’ usage of the site with in-depth analytics on clicks, visits and length of stay.
Personalised mapping technology allows home buyers to isolate properties within a particular area by drawing a search zone directly onto the location map.
Home buyers also have access to an appraisal wizard through the website; by entering the details of a property, they can instantly receive information and specific market data for that property and suburb.
In addition, users can mark as favourites properties that they want to keep an eye on in a list that is retained by the website each time home buyers return to the site.
Jellis Craig has previously been awarded best industry website awards both by REIV and REB.
