Following the high-profile departures of some of its most experienced agents, McGrath has recruited four top agents for its office on Sydney’s northern beaches.

The real estate group has added James Baker, Adrian Venturi, David Eden and Jonathan Fletcher to its company-owned Avalon sales team.

McGrath northern beaches regional sales manager Wayne Walter said all four are well-known in the local community and share the McGrath core values for excellence and integrity.

“Individually, they are all high-performing sales professionals with great energy and determination to deliver the best results for their clients,” Mr Walter said.

“Together, with our already established northern beaches team, I believe we’ll be able to take our business in this area to the next level.”

Mr Baker has more than 20 years of sales experience. He established a market-leading reputation on the northern beaches and was the top Raine & Horne salesperson nationally in 2016.

Mr Venturi, a former professional tennis player, is one of the upper northern beaches’ top sales agents. He specialises in the suburbs of Bilgola Plateau and Avalon.

Mr Eden is a 30-year veteran in the industry. He previously owned and managed his own successful agency in Castle Hill, before moving to the northern beaches in 2004.

Mr Fletcher began his real estate career in Avalon in 2004, rising to become one of the top sales people at LJ Hooker, before moving to London where he gained invaluable international sales experience.

Avalon Beach is one of Sydney’s most sought-after and tightly-held beachside precincts, where the median house price increasing 12.9 per cent to $1,550,000 late last year.
