Peard continues expansion push in Perth

The Peard Real Estate Group has opened a new office in Canning Vale, bringing its total number of shop fronts to eight with two more on the way.

“Traditionally based along the coastal area of Perth, Peard decided to open a new office in Canning Vale because we view it as a major growth centre for our company,” said Peter Peard, CEO of The Peard Real Estate Group.

“Last financial year, there were over 500 property sales in Canning Vale and the Peard Real Estate Group is positioned through our new office to provide local property owners with a new standard in services which are unmatched in the local area.”

Mr Peard said the office would be led by 30-year industry veteran, Mike Eldridge.

“Peard Canning Vale has also got off to a flying start by recruiting several of the top sales consultants in the Canning Vale area - Karen Willis, Christina Felton, Jules Hubbard, Eric Fernandes, Jemima Botha and Ginnette Tan,” he added.

“On average, every Peard real estate office sells around 30 properties per month compared to the industry average of six or seven.

“Last financial year, our group sold properties collectively valued at more than $1 billion with just seven offices. 

"This successful business model also resulted in Peard holding the top three out of the top five Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) rankings - including number one – for the most successful for most successful real estate offices in Western Australia last financial year.”

Mr Peard told Real Estate Business last month that another two offices - in Leederville and Ellenbrook - were also due to open in the near future, and follows the recent launch of a shop front in Mandurah.
