Change in ownership at top R&H office

One of Raine & Horne’s best performing offices has undergone a change at the top.

Andrew Sorensen, co-principal of Raine & Horne Charmhaven, on the NSW central coast, has taken 100 per cent ownership of the real estate firm from long-term business partner Geoff Bushnell.

Mr Bushnell, who worked within the Raine & Horne company for 13 years, offloaded his ownership share as part of his move toward retirement.

“Geoff has been a fantastic mentor to the younger agents, including Andrew Sorensen, to whom the baton has now been passed,” said Angus Raine, CEO of Raine & Horne.

“Andrew is proving to be one of our most able agents and I look forward to monitoring his success over the next few years.”

The 34-year old Mr Sorensen recently won the Top Principal – Number of Sales award and Top Salesperson – Auction Listings at the group’s national awards. He was also named among the network’s five leading agents based on commissions received.

“Raine & Horne Charmhaven is already acknowledged for its high standard of service and quality advice, but I’m looking to introduce a high-performance selling culture comparable to our network’s flagship offices, Raine & Horne Double Bay and Raine & Horne Bathurst,” Mr Sorensen said.
