The largest independent real estate group in the US will now have each of its listings appear on their own website.
The move by Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., which will utilise Your.Home to provide the unique listing websites, will be based on each property’s street address.
The company said this would increase search engine optimisation performance that will help to drive potential buyer traffic directly to the property’s website.
“Over 60 million property searches are conducted on Long & Foster’s website each year,” said Michael Koval, chief information officer for The Long & Foster Companies.
“The Your.Home websites, combined with our other digital marketing initiatives, are exclusive to Long & Foster and boost exposure of the company’s listings via the Internet to millions of potential home buying consumers around the globe.”
According to Long & Foster, Your.Home websites include a photo gallery that allows users to rate the images, access virtual tours, and access a neighborhood navigator tool that provides information and details about the listing’s neighbourhood and community.
“Potential buyers can also access the listing agent’s bio and contact information, as well as request more details about the property, schedule a showing, and email the listing agent directly,” the company added.
“Potential buyers can also download or print a listing brochure directly from the property page or share it on their personal social media sites.”
