Ray White has opened its 168th Queensland-based office in Lutwyche, Brisbane under the management of Michael McMahon.

“Michael comes with a wealth of knowledge and having spent over a decade in the industry, he is a great local expert for our real estate brand,” said Ray White Queensland joint CEO, Tony Warland.

“Building strong relationships within the community will only reinforce the strength of the Ray White brand."

Mr McMahon was confident in the Lutwyche market, as it had maintained its median average price of $450,000 amid a generally softer Queensland market.

“Property with close proximity to the city will always outperform many outer suburbs and Lutwyche offers great proximity to schools, shops and access to the city," he said. "Our demographic here is typically couples with children and in general, people in Lutwyche work in a professional occupation.
