Group launches new website using Parallax

Property group Realmark have launched a new website, which it claims is the first of its kind in Australia to utilise the latest design technology.

Its website, realmark.com.au, is innovative due to its use of Parallax technologies – a digital design technique that improves functionality, navigation and interactivity.

Realmark director John Percudani said the website has been developed as an information source for anyone looking to buy, sell, rent or invest in Perth property.

“We don’t focus on Realmark products or property listings – although they’re there,” he said.

“When we asked our clients what they would like from a real estate website, the overwhelming response was better access to information. So that’s exactly what we’ve done.

“The site is also very user-friendly and importantly, offers people choice.”

Mr Percudani said Realmark’s proven approach to customer service has been taken to a whole new level.

“We don’t just introduce net surfers to our agents, we have designed an online space that allows people to interact directly with our agents and property managers through social media, blogs and even online videos,” he said.

The new website combined all Realmark’s elements – residential, commercial, and sales and leasing – into one space.
