One leading auto marketing firm has integrated its platform with one of the country’s most recognisable agent CRM systems, a move that could see agencies considerably extending their capability and user experience.
Real Estate Bookings has joined forces with Agentbox CRM.
CEO of Real Estate Bookings Greg McCutcheon said that the platform captures client enquiries from a range of online channels and integrates with Facebook and Instagram and various property websites and real estate portals.
He said that the move will provide for more leads and better data insights.
“Integration with Agentbox CRM via their application programming interface (API) has been a very positive experience for us,” Mr McCutcheon said.
“Integration work can be complex. However, the team at Agentbox has been excellent and made the whole process run smoothly. We have found the API to be technically advanced and very easy for us to work with.”
