One leading auto marketing firm has integrated its platform with one of the country’s most recognisable agent CRM systems, a move that could see agencies considerably extending their capability and user experience.

Real Estate Bookings has joined forces with Agentbox CRM.

CEO of Real Estate Bookings Greg McCutcheon said that the platform captures client enquiries from a range of online channels and integrates with Facebook and Instagram and various property websites and real estate portals.

He said that the move will provide for more leads and better data insights.

“Integration with Agentbox CRM via their application programming interface (API) has been a very positive experience for us,” Mr McCutcheon said.

“Integration work can be complex. However, the team at Agentbox has been excellent and made the whole process run smoothly. We have found the API to be technically advanced and very easy for us to work with.”

CEO of Agentbox Eddie Cetin said that Agentbox is used by Australia’s fastest growing agencies.

“A core aspect of our offering is our focus on providing one central platform where agents can manage their business,” Mr Cetin said.

“Integration with Real Estate Bookings is an example of how we continue to jointly work towards streamlining the day-to-day activities of busy, successful agents. Integrating with Real Estate Bookings provides additional benefits to our clients who want to keep ahead of the competition.”

Director of Richard Matthews Real Estate Matthew Everingham said that the integration is a good example of suppliers working together.

He called it a “great solution” and that the move is “highly” recommended.

“Real Estate Bookings’ integration with our client relationship manager, Agentbox, has meant [that] client enquiries are responded to instantly and automatically uploaded into our CRM — ready for follow-up.

“In today’s busy world, this provides potential clients with a tangible wow factor.”
