New handy tech product streamlines marketing campaigns, lifts ROI

Uber application, UberRE

A new-to-industry marketing service has been launched, promising to save agents time and money on promoting their listings and ultimately lifting their returns on investment.

UberRE has launched a cutting-edge real estate marketing service in the Sydney market.

Managing director Dylan Lowy said that many agents have trouble with booking marketing services and not managing their resources effectively.

“Traditionally, a real estate agent may deal with up to five different marketing agencies or contractors to produce different types of marketing content for real estate listings.

“This is time-consuming, expensive and is not how agents should spend their time.

“The marketing content is then delivered via many different methods, including Dropbox and hyperlinks, which create more complications when trying to manage each project.”

Mr Lowy said that the UberRE solution is intuitive and simple to use.

He said that UberRE has addressed these issues with its unique online booking portal.

“Everything you need to get the job done is now available in one simple, easy-to-use website. The marketing assets are beautifully presented in UberRE’s online catalogue so they can be reviewed, approved and downloaded all in one spot.”

He said that, “best of all”, the UberRE marketing services are guaranteed, and prior to it being signed off, the agent is required to approve the work.

“Jump online and choose from photography, floor plans, signage, virtual tours, drones or video production. Book the job with our simple-to-use online scheduling tool.”

Mr Lowy said that once this is completed, the trained property team will begin with the fulfillment and get the work done.

“Once the work has been completed, the agent simply logs in and approves the content within the catalogue and it is ready to download.”

Where is the biggest threat to agents in 2019?

3rd party lead generation companies
DIY models discounting sales commission
Prop-tech firms cutting out the agent value proposition
A yet unidentified proper disruptor – like Uber or Airbnb
None of the above. There is no threat.
