Ten sales offices and nine agents from one real estate group have been named in the country’s only real estate awards based on customer ratings.
Ray White saw the highest number of offices and agents named in the annual RateMyAgent Awards 2015, announced on 29 February.
Ray White Glen Waverley led the charge, rating the top agency nationwide, Ray White Belconnen was number one in the ACT and Peter Kiritsis of Ray White Woodville was rated number one agent in South Australia.
RateMyAgent recognises agents and businesses on customer satisfaction. More than 100,000 reviews were submitted to the website by vendors and buyers relating to sales in 2015.
In total, more than 12,000 reviews were posted by Ray White clients.
“We are delighted to see so many of our offices and agents named in the top 100 nationally. It is one of the highest honours when your customers nominate you for excellence,” Ray White group joint chairman Brian White said.
“Our commitment to a superior customer experience is embedded within the Ray White culture,” Mr White said.
“We have a customer satisfaction program and our annual agent and office awards are based on customer service quality, in addition to financial results. This is just part of our strategy to ensure we can be proud of every customer experience.”
RateMyAgent CEO Mark Armstrong said the awards are unique because they are independent and determined purely by clients’ experiences with their selling agent.
“Good agents know the importance of genuine customer reviews and the power reviews have in winning new listings,” Mr Armstrong said.
Since 2013, Ray White has surveyed every vendor through The Net Promoter Score (NPS).
In 2015, Ray White surveyed thousands of vendors, resulting in more than 14,500 people scoring Ray White agents a 10/10 for their customer satisfaction.
Ray White has also maintained an NPS of 80 in 2015.
