Independent agency announces strategic partnership

19 April 2016 by James Mitchell 0 comments

One of Australia’s leading independent real estate groups has announced a strategic partnership with a research house to provide property market news.

The partnership between Di Jones Real Estate and SQM Research will see the research firm produce the real estate group’s revamped Quarterly Market Report (QMR).

In a statement, Di Jones Real Estate said the partnership will help educate potential and existing clients on property activity across all suburbs of service in the Sydney eastern suburbs, north shore, northern suburbs and in the NSW Southern Highlands.

The Di Jones Real Estate QMR will be devoted entirely to research and property market news, as opposed to marketing material.

“As Di Jones Real Estate is an independent agency, we have strategically partnered with Louis Christopher [CEO of SQM Research] and SQM Research as they are an independent research house,” Di Jones Real Estate CEO Rob Ward said.

“Louis Christopher and his team have a great reputation in the market for providing reliable and accurate data. It is paramount to our values that we offer our clients the most up to date and accurate information possible so they can make informed decisions,” Mr Ward said.

“Our partnership with SQM allows our Quarterly report to be one of the most informative in the Sydney market,” he added.

The first edition of the agency’s QMR will be released later this month.
