One leading real estate group has unveiled its best performers in its NSW awards, where an REB Top 100 Agent swept several of the top honours.
Raine & Horne’s selling whiz Ric Serrao, from the company’s Double Bay office, dominated this year’s Raine & Horne NSW Awards.
Mr Serrao was named the winner in both the Top Salesperson (Principal) – Number of Sales and Top Salesperson (Principal) – Dollar Value categories. He was also named the group’s leading agent for auction listings.
Raine & Horne Double Bay, led by Mr Serrao and Martin Maskin, won first place in the Top Office – Dollar Value and Top Office – Number of Sales categories. It also took home the Metropolitan Auction Shield.
Executive chairman of Raine & Horne Angus Raine called Mr Serrao “an absolute superstar”.
“And you don’t have to take my word for it. Apart from scooping the pools with our network consistently over the last decade, he was ranked within Australia’s top three agents in 2016,” Mr Raine said, with reference to Mr Serrao’s third-place spot in the REB Top 100 Agents ranking.
“Real estate is a hard game and Ric is consistently rated among the best in the business. I have no doubt that his commitment to the auction process, which works efficiently for vendors and buyers, is at the core of his success.”
Meanwhile, Concord’s Dib Chidiac won the Top Salesperson – Dollar Value category and St Marys Peter Diamantidis won the Top Salesperson – Number of Sales category.
In the regional categories, Rural Sydney, led by Andrew Tout, won the Top Rural Office – Dollar Value. Mr Tout was also named Top Rural Salesperson – Dollar Value.
Bathurst placed first in the Top Country Office – Dollar Value and Batemans Bay was the winner of the Top Coastal Office – Dollar Value after finishing fourth in NSW overall in this category.
The awards ceremony was held at The Westin Sydney hotel last week and was attended by 450 people.
