New club unites PM leaders

21 March 2013 Stacey Moseley

A new property management club calling themselves the ‘Purple Emperors Club’ is uniting leaders in the property management industry to drive positive change.

“Purple Emperors Club brings together an elite group of principals, property managers and industry professionals who are the most hard-working, knowledgeable and committed to moving this industry forward,” founder of the club and managing director of ireviloution intelligence, Jo-Anne Oliveri, said.

Amongst influential members of the club is the newly appointed Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) Terri Scheer Residential Property Manager of the Year winner, Ranita Patel, from Place Newmarket in Queensland.

“The group is a great opportunity for like-minded passionate people to come together and talk about the industry,” she told Residential Property Manager after her win.

“It is really a knowledge sharing group to toss up ideas about how we can take property management to the next level.”

Other club members include Symons Partners Property Centre operations manager, Josh Symons, Place Estate Agents property management general manager, Sandra Larkin, Jam Property Managing director and 2013 Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) Awards finalist, Loretta Morgan, and Beautique Realty Owner and Specialist property manager, Beau-lea Miller.

The club meets every month to exchange ideas and discuss methods of promoting and driving positive change within the industry.

“It is also an amazing opportunity for members to expand their knowledge and grow their professional profiles,” Ms Oliveri said.
