With over 180 real estate agencies logging onto their webinars each week, one training company has today announced a new four-month programme of property management-focused sessions.

According to Real Plus, offices around Australia and New Zealand have embraced online learning and have incorporated it in their ongoing training and development.

“Agencies are able to effortlessly utilise these online training webinars to learn new skills, develop their knowledge, and keep up with the ever-changing industry to support their staff and grow their business,” said a Real Plus spokesperson.

The topics include tribunal preparation, easy vacating, buying or selling a rent roll, business management and budgeting, gaining referrals, starting out in property management and creating an ideal week.

“This showcase of inspiring, engaging and informative topics is designed with the whole property management business in mind, with topics catered to not just property managers but also the principals, department managers, support staff, new business and beyond,” the spokesperson said.

Real Plus has also offered an unlimited access pass to the four-month showcase for members.
