YouTube: What if cats entered the property market?

by Jay Garcia 0 comments

This clip from CATastrophes Web Series plays with the idea of cats buying and selling real estate with hilarious results.

As the real estate agent in the video explains: “Cat real estate law clearly states that any area that a cat has designated as ‘spots’ is legally his or hers to sell at their discretion.”

The couple who own the apartment that is being shown to prospective buyers watch perplexed as various cats test out different spots such as a shelf, a chair and a sweater drawer.

Most of the cats in their video are taken from local rescues. CATastrophes uses the videos to encourage more cat adoptions and better education for cat owners.
