Friday Funnies: New book highlights the funny side of strata management

by Jay Garcia 0 comments

A recently released book has compiled a collection of weird and often hilarious stories from the strata sector.

Strata Living Stories includes some of the most bizarre true stories the industry has witnessed, including a resident who hosed down a couple who were being noisy during their ‘intimate moments’.

There are also a collection of complaints regarding a woman who liked to tend to her garden in the nude, and a tale of someone caught using common power to keep a relative's corpse refrigerated.

The book also features a story about an owner’s son, who caused fire damage to a building after lighting a fire in the unit to ‘keep warm’.

There are also tips and suggestions on how to deal with common strata issues.
