Instagram: One rough day in property management

There is never a dull moment in this industry and sometimes the excitement can get a bit out of hand, as several Instagram photos show.

 

This week, RPM discovered cases of property damage that probably caused grief for their property managers.

There are instances of water damage, fire damage, hurricane damage and even an empty pool that cracked its concrete deck due to hydrostatic pressure.

Not every day in property management can go perfectly, so take a moment to thank the heavens that these properties aren’t part of your rent roll.
