First speciality real estate communication hub launched

Real Estate Dynamics has launched the first industry-specific communication hub that aims to help agencies improve team engagement and inter-office communication.

REDlinx is an online platform that allows agency team members to post news, collaborate, ask questions and track responses, and store all their office documents and resources for easy access and to ensure all employees have the most up-to-date information.

“We are incredibly proud to launch this world-first and world-class product that continues our 13-year legacy of Real Estate Dynamics supporting the Australian property industry. Internationally, we are seeing collaboration platforms revolutionising the modern workplace and seeing the positive outcomes of these new solutions,” Real Estate Dynamics director Peter Aquilina said.

“We predict that traditional intra-office email communication in real estate agencies will become extinct within five years. REDlinx will help agency employees reclaim their workday. We see they’ll have an average of at least a 38 per cent reduction in internal email, helping staff enjoy a simpler, more pleasant and more productive work life.”


The idea for the product came when Real Estate Dynamics conducted coaching sessions for agencies. During these sessions, the firm discovered a high rate of disengagement among employees. It created REDlinx in a bid to improve engagement between employees and increase inter-office collaboration.

The platform allows team members to post comments and tag individuals, which Real Estate Dynamics believes is more efficient than receiving multiple emails throughout the day.

“The other real benefit and competitive edge that REDlinx includes is the REDlinx rewards program that provides special offers from suppliers and organisations for agencies and their staff, as well as offers that can be passed on to reward and thank clients and customers such as vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants,” Real Estate Dynamics head of product sales Sandra Larkin said.
