Gold Coast

One of the leading annual events targeted at principals — The Business of Real Estate — will take place on the Gold Coast next month. The leadership conference is now in its fourth year.

Organised by Real Estate Results, the event will see principals from Australia and New Zealand come together to share their ideas on the business of real estate and its future.

Real Estate Results founder and CEO Michael Sheargold said that the intensive retreat-style environment encouraged 'complete focus' and will bring out 'the absolute best' in every principal.

“This is an invaluable event for agency leaders to grow their business and build success through the sharing of knowledge and information,” Mr Sheargold said.

“Events like this connect committed real estate professionals, and it is a great opportunity to hear and learn from some of the biggest and most successful names in the business.

“We’re very proud of the outstanding speaker line-up this year.”

Collectively, the line-up will present around eight key business disciplines: online, growth, customer, future-proofing, emotional intelligence, influence, property management and profit.

The event takes place over two days and will feature a raft of keynote speakers, including Heather Lutze, social media expert; Dominic Thurbon, chief creative officer at ChangeLabs; Chris Rolls, managing director at PieLAB Venture Partners; Cynthia Morton, author and creator of The Emotional Fitness Program; and Tom Panos, general manager of sales at News Ltd.

The Business of Real Estate will be held at the Gold Coast’s remarkable QT Hotel on September 11 and 12.
