One branded agency on Sydney’s Central Coast must surely be in the running to currently be NSW’s most inventive office, after winning the state innovation award two years in a row.

Raine & Horne Coastal has won the Excellence in Innovation award for the second consecutive year at the 2017 REINSW Estate Institute of New South Awards for Excellence.

Principal Brett Hunter credits integrating his business with big data company Real Insights to create better listing opportunities and an increased understanding of actual market share for real estate agents on the Central Coast and across Australia.

“Real Insights is a powerful customer engagement tool, and it underpins our commitment to innovation that helps ensure our vendors, buyers and investors get the very best service every time,” Mr Hunter said.

“With real-time reports on performance and sales in a local context, we’re also giving real estate professionals the metrics they need to convert more appraisals to listings.”

Executive chairman of Raine & Horne Angus Raine said that Mr Hunter is a perennial high performer.

“The award is a feather in the cap for Brett and his team, who are regularly among the best 10 offices in the Raine & Horne Group nationally,” the chairman said.

“Brett is a highly skilled property professional with a strong sense of building successful businesses by utilising the latest digital and technology innovations to enhance his team’s strong commitment to traditional real estate practices.”

Mr Hunter, who has owned and operated successful businesses in Australia and overseas, credits Real Insights with empowering his clients’ ability to make more rewarding real estate decisions.

Other Raine & Horne offices to feature prominently in the awards include Double Bay–Bondi Beach as a finalist in the Residential Agency – Medium category, and Newtown as a finalist in the property management category.

The John Greig OAM Community Service award went to Christian Bracci from Raine & Horne Concord. He was a runner-up in this category in 2016.
