Two of real estate’s most influential digital systems have announced they will join forces, in a move which is touted as being “game-changing” for agents.

ReNet and iRealty today announced that they have accepted a definitive merger agreement under which the parent company of iRealty has acquired ReNet.

Founder and CEO of ReNet, Scott Schindler, said the opportunities are endless.

“This is so exciting,” he said.

“We have worked professionally for years with many mutual clients, and now, working as a team, we will create even broader solutions for the industry.”

iRealty CEO, Scott Dunlop, said the new partnership presents an “incredible opportunity” to the industry.

“This will allow two industry leaders to align their sights, and produce game-changing solutions for real estate professionals,” he said.

“ReNet has developed one of the most powerful CRMs on the market, which shows from their Touchpoints feature and impressive client loyalty.

“I look forward to combining our strengths and delivering new systems that solve the industry’s most pressing marketing and client management problems.”

ReNet provides market-leading real estate services for agents, offices and groups with their CRM services, mobile apps, websites designs, real estate franchise software and print and e-marketing software.

iRealty offers digital marketing software that uses data analytics to help agents strengthen connections with their contacts, and predict likely sellers and buyers in their networks. It also offers a digital marketing expert service which manages email and social media marketing for real estate professionals.
