Realestate.com.au has moved quickly to launch Agent Elevate, the first of three products in the Agent Edge family of products designed to give agents the jump on their competition.
Agent Elevate will help agents to increase their presence on realestate.com.au and grab the attention of sellers searching in their suburb.
The platform will provide agents with a prominent positioning in the photo carousel, a larger profile photo, an interactive map of current listings and past sales as well as a tailored monthly report.
Agents can sign up to try the new subscription-based product for $1 for the first month, with each successive month being $59.
REA group executive general manager of residential Andrew Rechtman said that Elevate was an exciting product to offer to agents.
“Agent Elevate represents an exciting milestone for REA because it’s the first time we’ve been able to offer individual agents an opportunity to increase their presence on realestate.com.au,” the GM said.
Elevate is one of three new products that REA will launch, with the other two, Reach and Match, to be launched later this year.
Mr Rechtman said that these products would help agents in their careers and put them in front of more people.
“These products are really designed for agents to increase their presence and to put them in front of prospective sellers,” the GM said.
Agent Reach will help agents target the right audience and Agent Match will get agents in the room with qualified sellers.
Agent Elevate, meanwhile, will focus on an increased agent presence in the market, which is invaluable, Mr Rechtman said.
“We know that the combination of a strong agency brand, with a highly visible agent presence in their local market, creates awareness and drives new leads, which makes Agent Elevate a fantastic product our customers can take advantage of,” Mr Rechtman said.
