Strategic expansion into growing market for boutique agency

Starr Partners, Antoinette Davino and Greg Okladnikov

A boutique agency is set to open a new office in Sydney’s south-west in preparation for an expected growth period.

Starr Partners will open an office in Narellan, which will be their sixth addition to the south-western suburbs of Sydney.

The new office will be run by husband and wife team Antoinette Davino and Greg Okladnikov and will be supported by a team of seven.

Ms Davino said that she was excited to be part of the growing Narellan area and that the market there can only go up.

“Narellan and its surrounding areas such as Campbelltown, Camden and Oran Park are expanding quickly due to recent infrastructure announcements, and we want to be a part of the growth within the community,” the agent said.

The community is predicted to experience growth thanks to the North South Rail Line train network, which when built will connect western Sydney suburbs to the new Badgerys Creek airport.

The project is scheduled to open in 2026, and Ms Davino said that Starr Partners would be there for the increase in demand that they expect.

“Local sellers will benefit greatly from Starr Partners’ technologically advanced marketing tools. As more young couples and families move into the area, there will be an increase in demand for the current range of properties available and future developments,” Ms Davino said.

According to data from CoreLogic, Narellan property prices are currently flatlining at a median of $674,000 after experiencing large growth in the middle of last year.

Starr Partners CEO Douglas Driscoll expects that the office will flourish in the area and that the market of Narellan will grow.

“We are focused on continually evolving our NSW network with quality additions to our award-winning group. I have no doubt that the Narellan office will exceed expectations, especially as the property market in Sydney’s south-west is likely to continue to thrive,” the CEO said.
