A large branded office has joined Belle Property to strengthen its presence in a growing NSW market.

The new Belle Property office is led by principal Anthony Di Nardo, who will oversee the two offices in Charlestown and Hunter Valley.

Mr Di Nardo said that he saw a gap in the local market for a personalised approach but with the backing of a large name.

“The Belle Property brand is progressive, accessible and flexible and we truly believe that the systems, processes and beautiful marketing that Belle Property has is the right fit for us and our clients,” the principal said.

The former McGrath offices of Charlestown and Hunter Valley will now be in the Belle Property family, with Matthew McBrearty, Peter Kunov and Larissa Bridge leading the sales teams.

Mr Di Nardo said that young professionals were moving into the Hunter region as it was affordable but still offered proximity to Sydney.

“This is a fantastic opportunity as we are now operating in a wider area, spanning from Lake Macquarie to the Hunter Valley region. This truly allows us to service the market more effectively,” Mr Di Nardo said.

CEO of Belle Property Peter Hanscomb said that the area was growing and now was the right time to push into the area.

“The Newcastle and Hunter Valley region is going through a huge transformation — the growth in the market and the amount of investment that is coming into the area is staggering,” the CEO said.

Mr Hanscomb said that the new offices were being led by the right people and he was excited to see what they would accomplish.

“Anthony Di Nardo and his teams at Charlestown and the Hunter Valley are incredibly talented, and we knew he was the right person to lead Belle Property’s expansion into this area. We are very excited about our future with them,” Mr Hanscomb said.
