One top-ranked boutique-branded office in Melbourne has opened a new tech-enhanced office in the Glenroy suburb, as it responds to an acceleration in demand.
Barry Plant Glenroy, ranked 18 in the REB Top 50 Sales Offices for 2019, has opened a new state-of-the-art office in Pascoe Vale Road, Glenroy.
The office is led by directors Angelo Nestor and Fadi Khodor.
Mr Nestor, who has been in real estate for more than 40 years, said that the move is in response to increased demand.
“Over the years, thanks to considerable demand for property in the Glenroy area, the team expanded rapidly, moving from one office to two separate offices on Pascoe Vale Road — one to house the property management team, another to house the sales team,” he said.
“While the separate spaces worked well for many years, there was a strong desire to bring the team together and create a bespoke office space that would best suit the needs of agents, administrative staff and clients now and into the future.”
Mr Nestor said that, at the same time, the team at Barry Plant Glenroy also took over the management of the Barry Plant Epping office.
Mr Nestor said that he was optimistic about the future, despite 2018 being a tough year.
He said that there is still strong demand for family properties in the Glenroy area.
“We’re seeing a lot of home buyers who are looking to upgrade their properties are still in the market for good, decent-sized family homes,” Mr Nestor said.
“Fadi and I are excited to take the office to the next level with the same dedication to customer service and communication we have already demonstrated.”
