One of Australia’s leading networks has signed a deal with pioneering proposal platform Proply, a move that will see it ramp up its digital customer focus across the entire network.
PRDnationwide will roll out the online proposal platform across its network throughout 2019.
PRDnationwide national marketing manager Suzie Wing said the deal was signed in December 2018, following a desire for PRDnationwide to differentiate its brand.
She said that PRDnationwide wanted to offer an “exceptional” customer experience in the digital space through continued innovation.
“PRDnationwide continues its focus on digital, and we saw an opportunity to provide a seamless and easy-to-use solution for our national network,” she said.
“As a fully integrated partnership, PRDnationwide benefits from brand integration and on-demand support, making us the first national real estate agency group to benefit from the customisation.
“Proply provides a fantastic fit in our overall client service, from start to finish the clients’ experience is best in class.”
Founder and CEO of Proply Geoff Lewis said the platform is purpose-built.
“Intuitive functionality gets proposals out in minutes for sales agents and property managers,” he said.
“We are so pleased to be working with PRDnationwide as they continue to invest in digital technologies and elevate the customer experience. We are excited to see how rolling out the Proply technology across the PRDnationwide network will evolve how their sales agents, property managers and agencies interact with vendors and landlords.”
Last year, Proply released a property management feature on its platform, promising to allow PMs and BDMs to save time and win more rental listings.
Mr Lewis said at the time that property management is often neglected when it comes to new technology.
“We’ve listened to our clients, built and delivered this functionality for them. Our deep Pricefinder integration returns rental listings and allows users to add them to proposals with just a click.
“We love to build products that people actually want to use. Landlords can view their proposals at any time, on any device and easily accept or request a callback with just a click. And property managers can track landlord engagement with real-time notifications each time a proposal is opened.”
