Proptech firm launches video platform for after-sales amplification

After a fast start, JustClickVideos has launched a new template for sold properties, allowing agents to amplify their brand and results following a successful sale.

Co-director Miguel Donnenfeld said the platform allows agents to capitalise on good results, and showcase them in the most engaging format for social sharing and EDMs.

He also said the new offering has a couple of useful features.

“Along with the new sold template, we have also implemented intelligent automatic recognition software which automatically selects whether the property listing web address is for sale, lease or sold,” he said.

“The platform then creates the tailored video accordingly with the correct template. We want to make the service as simple, streamlined and time-saving as possible for agents.”

Co-director Damian Blumenkranc said this offering is a progression of the business.

“After a successful launch, we are excited to continue growing and developing the platform. We have had some great feedback following the launch in April from real estate agents and property managers across Australia.”

Earlier in the year, the two entrepreneurs launched their automated video-building product, on the promise it would give real estate professionals a distinct competitive advantage at an affordable price.

Mr Donnenfeld at the time said that the product is simple and quick to use.

“Sales agents and property managers alike are able to create professional and affordable videos in just one click, delivered to their inbox and ready to upload in minutes.

“In a challenging climate for the property industry, agents and property managers need to stand out from the crowd and essentially shout louder and smarter in order to firstly secure listings and then close the deal, whether the property is for sale or lease.”

He said that video is an essential marketing tool.

“Proven to not only deliver higher levels of engagement and reach via online and mobile sharing, but really takes the presentation of a property and the agent or agency to the next level.

“Our platform offers an automated, integrated and simple way for agents to create videos that is affordable and time-efficient.”
