26 June 2019 Tim Neary

Barry Plant Real Estate Glenroy has added a new member to its sales team, as it recruits one of Victoria’s most acclaimed real estate agents.

Barry Plant Glenroy has added sales agent Richard Ali to its team.

The sales manager and auctioneer at Barry Plant Real Estate Glenroy, Roy Khoder, said Mr Ali brings with him some “seriously strong” real estate credentials.

“Richard was awarded the Top Salesperson in Broadmeadows with the highest number of sales in 2013, 2014 and 2015, as well as being recognised as the area’s most recommended agent in 2013–2017 by RateMyAgent,” he said.

“Richard also achieved the feat for highest number of listings for the 2013 to 2015 period, as well as winning Broadmeadows Agent of the Year in 2018 and 2019 by RateMyAgent.”

Mr Khoder said he was pleased to have Mr Ali on the team.

He said as a licensed auctioneer, Mr Ali has a “phenomenal” clearance rate.

“Richard wanted to join the largest real estate office in the area, and we are thrilled to have him on board.

“We have a trusted and respected brand that places a strong emphasis on hard work and elite customer service, and Richard really fits in with that ethos. Everyone at the office is so excited to work alongside him.”

Mr Khoder also said Mr Ali’s addition to the office will add to its reputation.

“Having been named as one of REB’s Top 50 Sales Offices in Australia for the last three years running, Barry Plant Real Estate Glenroy features the largest sales team in the Moreland/Hume area with over 120 years of combined experience.

“For the last 10 years, we have been included in the top 10 offices in the Barry Plant network, and are very involved in the local community, helping with a number of charity events and have sponsored sporting clubs.”

Mr Ali said he was keen to get started.

“I’m so excited to join an agency that has such an outstanding reputation in the area and industry as a whole,” Mr Ali said.
