The owners of Ray White Rural Guyra/Armidale have expanded their business by launching a new office aimed at residential sales.
Andrew and Dayna Starr, the owners of Ray White Rural Guyra/Armidale, have rolled out a new office, focusing on the residential space.
The move comes as the pair looks to offer a full-service real estate offering to northern New South Wales, “covering everything from large-scale farms and rural lifestyle properties to residential sales and property management”.
“The main priority for us is our clients. My team and I aim to get the best results every time,” Mr Starr said.
“We will now have fully operational sales and property management departments, so our business can support all facets of property. So whether you’re buying, selling, investing or renting, Ray White in Armidale has a specialist in the field.”
The new residential office sees the recruitment of local agent Cayne Moar. In his new role, Mr Moar will work alongside Lachlan Cullen, who has been with the Ray White Rural brand for the past three years.
“Having known Cayne for many years, we are thrilled to have such a well-known and successful agent join our business,” Mr Starr said.
“Cayne has built a very successful local career and is well loved among the Armidale community.
“He is known for his enthusiasm, integrity and competency, and I’m so grateful to have him join our family.”
