NSW agency makes the switch to LJ Hooker

19 July 2019 Hafizah Osman

A South West Sydney real estate agency has transformed its brand and put it under the banner of LJ Hooker.

Formerly known as One Agency United Real Estate, the company is now LJ Hooker Picton, operating from its Wollondilly Shire office in New South Wales.

The company’s specialists — David Wolfe, Mal McEachern and Melika McEachern — led the office’s transformation.

With a combined 55 years of experience across real estate and marketing and media, the three directors made the switch as they felt that LJ Hooker best suited their team’s customer-focused business aspirations.

“Our decision to rebrand… means our clients can receive an even greater customer experience. We are in the business of building strong relationships and empowering customers to achieve their real estate goals; LJ Hooker is best placed to help us do this,” Mr Wolfe said.

“Tapping into the expertise of such a knowledgeable and family-oriented corporation is beneficial not only to our agency, but also ensures our customers have a seamless experience every time.”

Offering a full suite of real estate services including property management, residential and commercial sales, the LJ Hooker Picton office aims for growth within the region.

“We know our customers will appreciate our knowledge and understanding of the local market that, combined with the technology and resources available through the LJ Hooker network, ensures we’re taking the necessary steps to grow our real estate business and better service our community,” Mr McEachern said.

LJ Hooker network development manager Jerome Smith welcomed the next generation of leadership to the area.

“David, Mal and Melika, and their team, are a great addition to LJ Hooker’s expanding network of offices,” Mr Smith said.

“The team’s combined experience in real estate and marketing, and their commitment to the customer journey, embodies what the LJ Hooker network is all about. We look forward to supporting the success of LJ Hooker Picton in an ever-expanding real estate landscape.”

Most recently, LJ Hooker Nerang was crowned Diversity Office of the Year – Regional at the REB Women in Real Estate Awards 2019 in Sydney.

In addition, LJ Hooker Avnu has expanded into Sydney’s northern districts with the appointment of Ben Mulae and his team of two associates.
