A Victoria-based real estate agency has announced the implementation of an artificial intelligence platform designed to enhance the customer experience.
Hodges Real Estate has adopted artificial intelligence (AI) platform Enliven AI, aimed at improving the customer experience on the firm’s website.
According to Carmel Kellett, CEO of Hodges Real Estate, the new platform was implemented with the ultimate goal of becoming a “lead generation tool” for the firm’s real estate agents.
“With Enliven AI, our website is now capable of taking a customer on a journey through our website, no matter if they are someone looking to buy, looking to sell or a tenant with a maintenance issue, and provide them with the information that they need,” she added.
“Enliven AI can manage the customer conversation, find out their true intent and deliver qualified leads to my team.”
Ms Kellett noted that after conducting research, Hodges was introduced to the Enliven AI platform by digital solutions developer Propic.
Simon Cashman, chief sales officer at Propic ,welcomed the new partnership with Hodges Real Estate.
“We are ecstatic to have Hodges Real Estate as our first residential agency rolling out the industry-first technology,” he said.
“We have very keen interest — increasing daily — in this unique offering of ours.”
Mr Cashman also highlighted the benefits of the AI platform, stating that that it would enable users to “create, qualify, guide and retain new customers”, while also providing real estate agents with the conversation transcripts to follow up on leads.
“Enliven AI is just one on the many platforms available with Propic enabling real estate businesses to embrace technology and become more efficient in the process,” he said.
“Propic is about working with you and your business, surfacing your pain points or new business opportunities and resolving them together.”
