DiJones has expanded its north shore operations, with a dynamic powerhouse set to take the reins.
DiJones has confirmed its merger with real estate agent Rawa Norman and her team, effective 15 June. The move will see the merged business operate as DiJones Willoughby.
“I’ve always had a long-held regard for Rawa, who works tirelessly with passion to deliver exceptional results for her clients,” said Dean Mackie, CEO, DiJones Lower North Shore.
“Rawa operates with the highest level of integrity and has a loyal client base that appreciate her empathy and professionalism throughout the entirety of their property journey.”
Mr Mackie added: “Working closely alongside our Chatswood and Northbridge teams will see our North Shore stronghold bolstered further, offering our clients unsurpassed market insights and reach.
“Partnering with Rawa and her high-calibre team will allow her to simplify operational complexity in the business and take advantage of our world-class technology and innovation resources.
“Ultimately streamlining the day-to-day running of the business, this move is a natural progression for Rawa as she looks to spend more time doing what she loves: supporting clients.”
Ms Norman said she was thrilled to embark on the next adventure of her career with DiJones.
“As a woman in real estate, I have a strong appreciation for the history of DiJones, and Di who was a role model and trailblazer in the industry,” she said.
“The DiJones brand has a legacy of prestige marketing and a boutique approach which is what attracted me to the brand and is aligned to what my clients want.
“Merging with DiJones is an exciting move for our dedicated team and will further elevate our service offering with unmatched support, infrastructure and innovative technologies.
“I am looking forward to being able to focus 100 per cent on my clients — what makes me happy is making my clients happy, and now I can work harder for them.”
