REB is pleased to announce the finalists for the Office Administrator of the Year category at this year’s REB Awards.
The often unsung hero of the real estate industry, the office administrator finalists were highly commended on their ability to support the real estate office they worked for.
Finalists were particularly impressive in this category for their ability to take on leadership roles in streamlining processes and reducing costs, identifying areas of improvement to help let agents and property managers execute their role more effectively, improve client experience and even beginning to train other staff members.
We also saw a number of office administrators start to see their role as a mentor and took improving morale as a very important part of their role.

This year, finalists for the REB Awards will be revealed category by category. This new approach is to showcase the outstanding achievements of our finalists in each hotly contested category. Finalists will have a dedicated profile page to display their valuable contribution in strengthening Australia’s real estate industry.
This new approach has seen finalists revealed for the following categories:
- Sales Agent of the Year – Metropolitan on Monday, 1 June
- Auctioneer of the Year on Monday, 1 June
- Buyer’s Agent of the Year on Monday, 1 June
- Innovator of the Year – Company on Tuesday, 2 June
- Principal of the Year – Regional on Tuesday, 2 June
