Ray White Victoria has welcomed two experienced agents to the fold in expanding its real estate offering to Yarram.
Ian Seed and Wayne Lynch have partnered with the network to open the new Ray White Yarram office in rural Victoria. The move sees the pair combine their expertise across sales, development and corporate relations.
“The household name of the Ray White brand as well as the corporate support were a huge drawcard for us,” Mr Seed said.
“Having Wayne’s local expertise and a strong business background myself, we felt that we were ready to take real estate offering in this region to heights.
“I have always had a passion for real estate myself, and after trying to sell my own property in Yarram recently, I decided that it was time to turn my passion into a reality and obtain my real estate licence.
“I saw the opportunity to open a word-class agency out here and provide the town with a level of service that they haven’t had before. Wayne was the perfect partner to connect with the local community with his outstanding sales expertise.”
In addition to Mr Seed and Mr Lynch, John Butterfield has joined Ray White Yarram, bringing with him over 40 years of experience.
Commenting further, Mr Seed said he looks forward to expanding their ties across the Yarram community.
“We are looking forward to not only selling homes in the township itself, but also in the acreage and farming areas surrounding us, with the help of the very experienced Ray White Rural brand,” Mr Seed said.
