Abdullah Choudhari’s decision to join the Stone Real Estate group has been called “a major coup” for the expanding network.

The principal has cited the opportunity to expand and a chance to be “at the forefront of real estate” as reasons for his rebranding to Stone Real Estate Berkeley Vale and Stone Real Estate Tumbi Umbi.

He said: “Stone’s major attraction for me is their technology plus their forward-thinking approach.

“For me, being such a young business owner and principal with employees whose average age is around 30, it’s hugely important to be at the cutting edge of digital tech and marketing as well as business as a whole.”

Mr Choudhari, who was previously with Wiseberry, expects to add at least 20 agents to his business by the end of 2022 as well as open two more offices in the region.

According to the business owner, “Stone is about growing bigger businesses with better people — not just putting an office on every corner”.

He also sees advantage in access to training and marketing tools, explaining that “Stone does not want to be second in line when it comes to technology or skills set, and neither do we”.

Weighing in on Mr Choudhari’s alignment with the network, Stone’s head of franchise, Luke Cameron, said the new Tumbi Umbi and Berkeley Vale offices “headed by such a dynamic young leader will create a huge inroad for the agency on the Central Coast”.

“This will complement our strength in the growing region,” Mr Cameron concluded.
