This is exactly what attracted real estate agent Amy Kaslar to the network and the agency. Specifically, Ms Kaslar was inspired by the company’s fourth-generation family ownership and leadership.

“I started in real estate when my father and I opened an office together. I had no real estate experience at the time, but was able to build the business up to be the dominant agency in the area,” Ms Kaslar recalled.

She admitted that culture fit was definitely a big factor: “That really influenced my decision to join the Ray White Group. I felt I really aligned with the family values of the group, and knowing that the company is still family-owned and led now.”

Despite having achieved record-breaking results through her time at LJ Hooker and DiJones, Ms Kaslar remains focused on her long-term objectives.

“Fellow member of my team, Sam Outch and I work together and, as a team, our goals are simple – keep achieving record results, build long-lasting relationships with our clients, provide a world-class service, and have fun with what we do,” Ms Kaslar shared.

Her passion for excellence throughout her 20-year career in real estate in the northern suburbs of Sydney didn’t go unnoticed.

Nathan Leuzzi and Dion Verzeletti, Ray White’s principals, strongly believe Ms Kaslar is a perfect match for the team after personally experiencing the exceptional service she provides to her clients.

“We’ve both known Amy for years and have always admired her reputation in the community, but it wasn’t until I bought a house through her last year that I realised just how skilled she was,” Mr Leuzzi narrated.

He considers Ms Kaslar as “a rock in the community over the last 20 years, and we’re excited to be joining forces as such dominant market leaders”.

And Mr Verzeletti concurred: “Amy provides exceptional service to her clients, and this is something that is so important to us. We’ve worked hard to not only streamline processes and transactions within the business, but to refine the experience that our buyers and sellers receive.”

This is a key factor for the agency considering Ray White’s strong presence in the northern district, and so Mr Verzeletti recognised the impact that Ms Kaslar will have on the team: “Having the right people on board means that we’re really able to focus on dominating our core markets of Cherrybrook, Thornleigh, West Pennant Hills, Westleigh, and Normanhurst.”

In the regional level, Andrew McCulloch, Ray White NSW CEO, warmly welcomed Ms Kaslar’s big move to the agency: “We are immensely proud to have someone of Amy’s calibre choose to join our brand. Amy is a household name within the northern districts and is one of the top-performing women in this industry across Australia.”
