Three independent agencies have joined the Ausnet Real Estate Network, and the Western Australia-based group is eager to recruit more members this financial year.
“These latest new members will bring an added energy and dynamism to our large network of members strategically located throughout Western Australia,” Graeme Hosking, managing director of the Ausnet Real Estate Network, said.
The latest additions - Cockburn Central Property Executives in Atwell, Residential HQ in Riverton and Pilbara Real Estate in Karratha - will give the group more than 30 offices spread across WA.
The group, which was WA’s top group by number of listings sold in the 2010/11 financial year (3075 listings sold, worth $1.63 billion), was founded by Murray Joseph in 1997.
According to Ausnet, Sara Doig, licensee of Cockburn Central Property Executives, said that her company decided to join the group after five years in business as they wanted to keep their businesses individual identity yet still be a part of a real estate group that was able to provide training for staff and a positive forum to share ideas and information.
Mr Hosking added that over the past decade, Ausnet had carefully developed a membership of real estate agencies that was focused on delivering quality outcomes for their clients.
“This focus on quality is a key reason why Ausnet has won the REIWA award for Top Franchise, Marketing & Referral Group for the past two years," he said.
“This is the seventh time Ausnet has won this prestigious award in Western Australia real estate during since 1999.
“Our three new members decided to join Ausnet because they believe that their individual businesses can benefit from our range of quality one stop shop services including training, mortgages, settlements and financial planning.
“All members of Ausnet can also maintain their own brand identity yet share in these quality services as well as other benefits associated with belonging to a highly successful real estate network.
“Recruiting three new quality members is a terrific way to start the financial year and everyone at Ausnet is confident that the following twelve months will be a major growth period for our group in Western Australia,” he said.
