A Pilbara, WA-based real estate group has commenced a national expansion program with the opening of new offices in Perth and Brisbane.
Crawford Property Group, which has offices in South Hedland, Port Hedland, Karratha and Newman, has opened a new head office in Leederville, Perth.
According to the company, which specialises in finding investors positively-geared properties, the office is part of a new national brand that will include offices being set up in Sydney and Melbourne in 2013.
“In just five years, Crawford Property Group has grown from a one person operation to become one of the fastest growing property networks in WA,” said founder and group director, Ryan Crawford.
“We have achieved this rapid growth through a highly disciplined and professional approach to providing real estate services in regional Western Australia. We are focused not only on providing exceptional levels of customer service but also on building a very strong and reliable brand identity.”
“The greatest measure of our success to date is the loyalty of our clients and the fact that more than 80 per cent of new clients have been referred to us by people that have already used our services.”
“It is very pleasing to know that the vast majority of our clients are repeat investors who have bought their first Pilbara property through Crawford Realty and then built their portfolio to much larger numbers once they understood the wealth that positive gearing property can create.”
Mr Crawford said a large number of the group’s clients were “mum and dad investors who have used our mentoring and support services to access positively geared properties in the Pilbara area”.
He said the new Brisbane office was busy sourcing positively geared properties in mining centres in Queensland.
“With the opening of new offices in other parts of Australia over the following 21 months, our intention is to give property buyers the broadest range of positively geared property options in Australia through a highly visible and respected branded company – Crawford Property Group,” Mr Crawford added.
