Submissions are now open for the Real Estate Business Top 50 Sales Offices, which will reveal the nation’s best performing residential real estate offices.

The annual industry report, which is now in its second year, will rank offices by the dollar value of sales, along with sales volumes, staff efficiency and conversion.

Supporting the second annual ranking is leading real estate software company Agentbox.

Managing director of Agentbox Eddie Cetin said he was proud to be supporting the initiative and its aims.

“It sets an industry benchmark that will get other agencies enthusiastic about innovating their business and focusing on what they need to do to take it to the next level,” he said.

“We are passionate about real estate technology and are supportive of top performers. We believe all agencies would like to see themselves in this Top 50 list and we can help them achieve their untapped potential. They need to think about future proofing their business by making the right choices about technology in their businesses today.”

Data will be independently verified by Real Estate Business’ research partner RP Data and other independent sources where required.

Submissions for the Top 50 Sales Offices ranking close Friday 10 January 2014 and will be based on residential settled sales for the 2012/2013 financial year.

Results will be published in the February 2014 Real Estate Business ‘Special Feature’ flipbook.
