Office more than doubles charity goal

Office more than doubles charity goal

06 June 2014 by Staff Reporter 0 comments

After setting a goal to raise $3,000 in the MS Walk and Fun Run that took place at Darling Harbour in Sydney on June 1, one office ended up raising more than twice that amount.

Earlier this month, a team of agents from Breakfast Point Realty took part in the five-kilometre walk with the hope of raising much needed funds for MS Australia.

As big supporters of MS Australia, Alison Beveridge, principal of Breakfast Point Realty, said it is an annual event for the team.

“MS has touched the lives of several of our staff, and Sunday was an unexpectedly emotional day. I am super proud of our fundraising efforts and team BPR!” she said.

The team's total fundraising efforts came in at $7,043, placing them 10th overall.
