Buyers can now review new homes and vacant land

Industry-owned portal realestateVIEW.com.au has broadened its reach by partnering with another listings site.

Visitors to realestateVIEW.com.au can now click on a banner ad that will take them to houseandland.com.au, where they can review new homes, vacant land and land estates.

Petra Sprekos, general manager of realestateVIEW.com.au, said the partnership would widen the portal’s audience by offering property seekers more choice.

“The objective of this partnership is to provide property seekers a well-rounded range of house designs, properties and developments,” she said.

Mark Shearer, director of houseandland.com.au, said the partnership would allow realestateVIEW.com.au browsers to mix and match to find their dream home.

“It helps bridge the disconnect for consumers between house and land by simplifying the overall difficulty in creating a package,” he said.

This latest piece of good news for realestateVIEW.com.au comes after the portal announced last week that it is now home to four national franchises.
