The Real Estate Business Top 50 Sales Offices is the pivotal industry report ranking individual residential real estate offices, revealing which are the top performers.
Now in its third year, this ranking has quickly become the industry benchmark for high-performance sales across the country.
Beyond simply the dollar value, factors such as sales volumes, staff efficiency and conversion will also be considered in the ranking.
These submissions will be based on residential settled sales for the 2013/2014 financial year (that is, the 12 months to 30 June 2014) and data provided by principals will be independently verified.
