One of Australia’s most recognisable networks is undertaking a branding overhaul of its commercial arm, which will see the business touting a new-look visual identity and marketing outfit.

LJ Hooker Commercial is relaunching in response to “the new professionals and clients approaching the brand”, according to LJ Hooker Commercial’s managing director, Mathew Tiller.

He said: “LJ Hooker Commercial is attracting dynamic entrepreneurial and digitally savvy commercial property professionals to the network.

“This new wave of talent has recognised the opportunity to work across the spectrum of sales, leasing and asset management, whether it be in industrial, office or retail assets.”

From his perspective, it’s this talent that, in turn, is attracting “the next wave of commercial property investor, owner-occupant and tenant” to the business.

“Our teams are as likely to work with a tech firm seeking space to scale up or a 30-something investor recognising the demand for well-positioned storage facilities, as they are with our traditional client base of older high-net-worth investors, government agencies, institutions and SMEs,” Mr Tiller explained.

According to him, “reinvigorating our visual identity supports this emerging marketplace”.

The relaunch, which will overhaul the brand’s visual identity and marketing tools, will purportedly make it easier for clients to engage with the brand based on their business and investment interests as well as leverage the network’s position and connections with the wider LJ Hooker Group.

LJ Hooker chairman L Janusz Hooker said the network has been “evolving alongside its clients for over 90 years”.

He considered the relaunch “another step in the evolution of LJ Hooker Commercial and the LJ Hooker Group”.

“Supporting our commercial specialists with the tools and visual identity that speaks to their contemporary insights, strategies and results is in keeping with what the LJ Hooker Group has been doing for close to a century,” Mr Hooker concluded.
