The Company
Our client is an international residential and commercial developer for aluminium windows and glazing business specialising in commercial high-rise and apartments. 
Their goal is to become Brisbane's leading and most trusted supplier of windows in these markets with a highly competitive product!

As the driving force behind the business, you will be generating new leads/business and rewarded with great bonuses!

The Role and Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with the Estimating Manger
  • BDM - generating new sales leads and clients
  • Be able to accurately read building plans, codes and specifications with a thorough understanding of window glazing accompanied to building structure
  • Securing business relationships – well networked with builders, architects and suppliers
  • Be able to work to budgets
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully achieve sales targets / KPI's
  • Excellent customer service
The candidate MUST have:
  • 4+ years’ experience in windows and sales
  • Knowledgeable with the Australian building standards and codes 
  • Ability to build and cultivate rapport with peers, suppliers and clients – well-networked
  • Proven track record of working on time and in budget
  • Excellent knowledge and experience within glass industry
  • Understand that accurate quoting and estimating is critical for projects being profitable
  • Skills in organisational and time management
  • Experienced meeting deadlines and dedicated to achieving
  • Demonstrating excellent presentation and communication skills
