The ranking has set the benchmark for excellence across the real estate sector, acknowledging agents for their dedication to providing exceptional customer service to their clients.

Welcome to the 14th annual REB Top 100 Agents ranking

This year’s ranking reveals how agents have performed amid the evolving market conditions throughout the period. The property market has seen an uptick in demand while supply remains low, leading to rising property prices.

Despite market challenges, top-performing agents who were dedicated to supporting buyers and vendors saw an increase in the number of residential properties settled compared to last year.

Run with support from Commonwealth Bank of Australia, the ranking inspires agents to strive for more listings and accelerate their results while offering a benchmark for success across the industry.

This year was a booming period for the nation’s top 100 agents, with the combined value of properties sold amounting to $25.8 billion from 11,710 sales.

The top 100 agents’ hard work and dedication have paid off in 2025 with a whopping $3.4 billion increase in the combined value of properties sold compared to 2024.

With a combined value growth of 15.3 per cent from less than 700 additional properties sold since last year, the data indicates buyers are coming in strong to battle it out for properties in tight market conditions.

Each agent is ranked comparatively across these three metrics against their peers, with the combined comparative score used to rank Australia’s top 100 agents.

The annual ranking offers insights on ongoing trends, patterns, and opportunities in Australia’s property market, as well as how agents have performed throughout the period.
