Welcome to REB’s 15th annual Top 100 Agents ranking

For a decade and a half, the prestigious Top 100 Agents ranking has recognised the agents who have consistently delivered outstanding results and leadership across Australia’s property industry. This was essential in 2025, as the national property market faced ongoing supply constraints and housing affordability challenges. While interest rate cuts provided some relief last year, government incentives fuelled buyer confidence, and investor participation was markedly high.

Many agents across Australia capitalised on market conditions to achieve record settlement numbers in 2025 while going above and beyond for their vendors and buyers. REB’s Top 100 Agents ranking encourages agents to win more listings while propelling their careers to new heights.

REB's Top 100 Agents 2026 ranking is run in partnership with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

The combined value of properties settled also jumped considerably year on year from $25,815,956,712 in 2024 to $28,393,446,878 in 2025.

The results were mixed across the top 10 agents, who settled 1,489 properties in 2025, down from 1,559 properties in 2024. However, they were buoyed by higher property prices, as the value of properties settled increased from $5,287,391,807 in 2024 to $6,064,220,409 in 2025.

This year’s ranking was assessed using transparent, performance-based metrics drawn from the agents’ 2025 calendar-year results. These include total dollar value of settled residential sales, number of properties sold, and average sales price. Other supporting performance indicators include days on market and years of experience.

Each agent is ranked comparatively across these three metrics against their peers, with the combined comparative score used to rank the 100 agents.

Publishing the ranking annually offers insights into property market trends, patterns, and new career opportunities for agents, as well as how agents leverage their experience and implement strategies to achieve stellar results for their customers, regardless of economic and other challenges.
