The ranking identifies top-performing agents from South Australia and the Northern Territory who have achieved strong sales numbers in 2025. It also shines a spotlight on agents who champion their local markets, showcasing that no two markets are the same.

Real estate agents have excelled despite operating in challenging economic conditions, with agents in South Australia and the Northern Territory performing strongly throughout 2025.
The Top 50 Agents SA/NT ranking recognises the hard work and dedication of the region’s representatives in achieving stellar sales numbers and values compared to the previous year.

While the combined number of sales saw a minimal jump of 231 properties sold in 2025, the combined value of properties sold witnessed a significant jump of almost $1 billion, reflecting fewer but more expensive properties being sold in South Australia and the Northern Territory.
AVERAGE SALES PRICE
The average property sales price increased in 2025, surpassing the million-dollar mark, up from $934,472 the previous year.

The annual ranking highlights the ongoing or changing trends and opportunities across the property market, as well as revealing the impact on agents.
The ranking is determined by using a range of metrics, including number of properties sold, total dollar volume of properties sold, and average sale value across the 2024 calendar year.
Each agent is ranked comparatively across these three metrics against their peers, with the combined comparative score used to determine the top-ranked agents.
