Step 1: Let's get your details.

Welcome to REB’s sixth annual Top 50 Agents SA/NT ranking for 2026

This year’s ranking has demonstrated how agents in South Australia and the Northern Territory continued to shine as conditions in the property market favoured those who were proactive and dynamic.

Cotality data showed that Adelaide home values increased by 8.2 per cent in the year to November 2025, while regional SA home values were up 10.4 per cent. This was driven by affordable segments and persistently low stock levels. At the same time, the NT property market saw the strongest price growth among the states and territories, with home values surging by 15.1 per cent.

In this environment, listed agents posted exceptional results and set the benchmark for other agents to emulate.
