Welcome to the 10th annual REB Top 50 Women in Real Estate ranking

The ranking provides industry-wide recognition to female agents who have gone above and beyond for their buyers and vendors while receiving stellar results in their local areas.

REB’s Top 50 Women in Real Estate ranking identifies women who have set strong professional performance standards that others can aspire to emulate. It also inspires agents across the country to win more listings and achieve outstanding results.

Despite a challenging few years, which saw high interest rates and mortgage stress plague Australian buyers, the top-performing women were able to catapult their results in 2025.

The top 50 women increased the combined value of sales by $1.2 billion from 2024, representing a 14.5 per cent increase, while the combined number of residential properties sold rose by 19.2 per cent in 2025.

Meanwhile among the top 10 women, the sales price increased by almost $300,000 from $2,554,290 in 2024 to $2,846,788 in 2025, demonstrating the outstanding results from the ranking’s top performers.

The number of listings and properties settled rose among the top 50 women, reflecting a boost in market conditions.

REB’s Top 50 Women in Real Estate ranking offers unique insights into the Australian real estate market by tracking the country’s leading agents.
